Steam Methane Reformer arrives on site

The radiant section of the Steam Methane Reformer for INFRA’s 100 BPD GTL plant was delivered to the production site in Wharton, Texas. First process modules will be shipped next week.

The modules for the plant have been designed and built to the dimensions of the standard shipping containers. Fourteen compact skids in total, including gas cleaning, sulphur removal, steam-methane reforming, synthesis gas conditioning, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and product removal, as well as auxiliary equipment, are being fully equipped in the assembly shop and delivered to the site ready for the installation and start-up.
