INFRA signs Letter of intent with Haldor Topsoe Inc.

In July 2017 INFRA has signed a letter of intent with Haldor Topsoe Inc. in Houston TX, whereby Haldor Topsoe agreed to participate as a licensor in GTL projects for INFRA clients in North America.

Such projects will combine INFRA’s proprietary Fischer-Tropsch technology and Haldor Topsoe’s synthesis gas and hydroprocessing technologies.

Haldor Topsoe will provide support with engineering studies, and, subject to commercial agreements, will supply respective engineering, catalysts, equipment and necessary technology licenses.

Kaan Akyalcin, INFRA’s CEO said: “We are excited to team up with the world leader in syngas production and fuel upgrading technologies. A combination of Haldor-Topsoe’s gas processing and INFRA’s Fischer-Tropsch synthesis represents an unparalleled integrated gas monetization solution for our clients. It offers proven, economically feasible path to converting natural and associated gas into value-added synthetic crude oil and motor fuels. I look forward to demonstrating the advantages of our integrated system in our upcoming GTL projects.”
